These Terms apply when you browse or use RIALTO Global, a curated service for discovering items offered by independent sellers. By using RIALTO Global, you agree to these Terms.

RIALTO Global is a discovery and enquiry service. Unless we say otherwise in writing, the seller of an item is the person or business responsible for the sale, item information, fulfilment, after-sales support, and any seller-specific terms.

RIALTO Global listings

Listings may include item descriptions, images, prices, availability, seller names, locations, and links to seller websites. We aim to keep information current, but listings may change and items may become unavailable before RIALTO Global updates.

Images, colours, dimensions, condition notes, attribution, period, origin, and other descriptive details are provided for guidance and should be checked with the seller before purchase.

Enquiries and purchases

When you enquire about an item, we may send your enquiry to the relevant seller or direct you to the seller’s website. Any purchase, payment, shipping, collection, cancellation, return, tax, customs, or insurance arrangement is between you and the seller unless RIALTO is expressly named as the seller or merchant of record.

You are responsible for checking that an item, price, delivery route, taxes, import duties, and seller terms are suitable before you buy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse RIALTO Global, scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, submit false enquiries, impersonate others, infringe third-party rights, or use the service unlawfully.

Intellectual property

RIALTO Global, its design, copy, software, and presentation are owned by or licensed to us. Item images and seller materials may be owned by sellers or other rights holders. You may use RIALTO Global for personal browsing and enquiries, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit RIALTO Global content without permission.

Liability

We provide RIALTO Global with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, error-free, or available. To the extent permitted by law, RIALTO is not responsible for seller acts or omissions, item condition, fulfilment, import issues, or losses arising from transactions concluded directly with a seller.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
