RIALTO Global (“RIALTO,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates a curated service where buyers can discover items offered by independent sellers. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse RIALTO Global, contact us, submit an enquiry, or sign up for updates.

Sellers may have their own privacy practices. If you continue a purchase, enquiry, shipment, invoice, or after-sales discussion directly with a seller, that seller may handle your information as a separate controller.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, delivery country, and any message you choose to send with an enquiry.

We also collect RIALTO Global usage information such as pages viewed, searches, selected currency, approximate location, device/browser data, referral URLs, and basic analytics events. If you subscribe to updates, we collect the email address and subscription preferences needed to send them.

How we use information

We use information to operate RIALTO Global, respond to enquiries, route buyer interest to the relevant seller, maintain security, prevent misuse, understand RIALTO Global performance, and improve the service.

Where you ask us to contact you or route an enquiry, we use your information to take steps at your request. We may also process information for our legitimate interests in running and improving RIALTO Global, and where required to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share enquiry details with the seller whose item you are asking about, and with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, email, and operate RIALTO Global.

If a transaction progresses outside RIALTO Global, the seller, payment provider, shipper, or other transaction parties may collect and process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Instagram professional account connections

If a seller or dealer connects an Instagram professional account to RIALTO Global, we use the Instagram permissions they approve to read limited profile and media information from that account. This may include the Instagram-scoped user ID, username, media type, media URL or thumbnail URL, permalink, caption, timestamp, and carousel child media where available.

We use this information to import recent Instagram posts for review and, where selected, display them in the seller’s RIALTO Global feed with a link back to the original Instagram post. We do not use this connection to read messages, comments, insights, ads data, personal Facebook data, or to publish content.

To request deletion of Instagram connection data, follow the instructions at rialto.global/data-deletion.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including enquiry handling, RIALTO Global records, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
