Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected an Instagram professional account to RIALTO Global and want your connection data deleted, email policies@rialto.app with your Instagram username and business name.

We will delete your connected account record, stored access token, imported Instagram media records, and any related review records within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep limited information for security, compliance, or dispute-resolution reasons.

You can also revoke RIALTO Global’s Instagram access directly from your Instagram or Meta account settings. Revoking access stops future imports, but please still contact us if you want already imported records removed from RIALTO Global.
